Rules and Regulations of the Institute

  1. When leave is required, submit a prior request to the principal. Taking leave without notification will result in the student’s name being removed from the rolls, and the deposited fee will not be refunded.
  2. All dues must be paid by the 5th of every month. Dues paid between the 6th and 10th of the month will incur a late fee of 25 rupees. After this period, the names of defaulters will be recommended for expulsion from the institution. In case of re-admission, permission from the principal and payment of the re-admission fee will be required.
  3. The administration will not be responsible for any accidents during the training.
  4. Be sure to obtain a receipt upon payment of dues; otherwise, it will be considered as unpaid.
  5. The paid fee or any part of it is non-refundable. Keep the issued receipt with you until the completion of the respective course.
  6. Students are required to check the notice board before entering the classroom and after the class ends so that they stay informed about the instructions issued by the administration.
  7. Within the institute’s boundaries, bringing tobacco, narcotics, or any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.
  8. The institute is a non-political entity where philosophical and artistic education is imparted. Any form of political activism, political discussions, or sectarian and religious grouping is strictly prohibited.
  9. Mobile phones are prohibited during training sessions and in classrooms.
  10. The final decision on all contentious matters will be made by the principal.
