Rules and Regulations of the Institute
- When leave is required, submit a prior request to the principal. Taking leave without notification will result in the student’s name being removed from the rolls, and the deposited fee will not be refunded.
- All dues must be paid by the 5th of every month. Dues paid between the 6th and 10th of the month will incur a late fee of 25 rupees. After this period, the names of defaulters will be recommended for expulsion from the institution. In case of re-admission, permission from the principal and payment of the re-admission fee will be required.
- The administration will not be responsible for any accidents during the training.
- Be sure to obtain a receipt upon payment of dues; otherwise, it will be considered as unpaid.
- The paid fee or any part of it is non-refundable. Keep the issued receipt with you until the completion of the respective course.
- Students are required to check the notice board before entering the classroom and after the class ends so that they stay informed about the instructions issued by the administration.
- Within the institute’s boundaries, bringing tobacco, narcotics, or any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.
- The institute is a non-political entity where philosophical and artistic education is imparted. Any form of political activism, political discussions, or sectarian and religious grouping is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones are prohibited during training sessions and in classrooms.
- The final decision on all contentious matters will be made by the principal.
